It’s really amazing how many small details go into a custom house, but it’s what makes it ours. These aren’t options available on any builder checklist. They were noticed during the build by Mike and brought to our attention. He’s mentioned a number of really cool ideas that add a custom level of detail to our house that we never would have thought. Personally I’ve never heard of any of the big builders doing this. It really makes the house feel unique.
